Description

You will lead QA leadership and testing management for complex operational environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage testing activities across IT and business QA resources.
• Define testing priorities, issue classifications, and resolution processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent testing workstreams including SIT, UAT, and regression.
• Partner with Fulfillment Engineering, Infrastructure, Development, and Vendor teams.
• Provide regular QA updates to Program Managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing complex QA/testing efforts.
• Strong experience in Retail, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain environments.
• Expertise managing QA teams and resources within enterprise programs.
• Hands-on QA testing experience in operational environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Zephyr, SharePoint, Prism PPM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• People leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manhattan Active Upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of business process transformation and change management practices.
