Description

You will lead testing efforts across multiple teams and projects, owning the quality strategy and execution lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases for cross-functional projects.
• Facilitate bug lifecycle management and ensure timely resolution with development teams.
• Collaborate with automation specialists to integrate and support automated testing workflows.
• Provide quality metrics and detailed reporting to stakeholders to drive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading software testing projects.
• Strong QA expertise with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and executing Test Strategies, Plans, and Scenarios.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end bug lifecycle and resolution process.
• Strong project management and leadership skills to coordinate multiple teams.
• Excellent proficiency in generating quality reports and analyzing metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with automation specialists to enhance test coverage.
