Description

Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple scrum teams, managing the full testing lifecycle within Salesforce.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Represent QA functions across multiple scrum teams, ensuring alignment on quality standards.
• Manage testing processes from planning through execution within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to maintain an effective onshore/offshore support model.
• Motivate team members, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts to drive project success.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of testing experience.
• 5+ years leading QA for multiple scrum teams.
• Experience with AI Agents and understanding of non-deterministic testing.
• Proven experience in Salesforce software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in onshore/offshore support models.
