You will provide technical and strategic QA leadership across multiple conversational AI delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies for conversational AI solutions, including voice and chatbots.
• Ensure timely QA cycles and measurable quality impact through test automation and manual validation.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing QA engineering and test management teams.
• Establish KPIs, governance models, and QA frameworks for conversational AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to identify quality risks and report on QA metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in QA leadership, with 5+ years in cloud-native environments (IBM or Azure preferred).
• 10+ years translating complex QA strategies into business outcomes.
• 10+ years experience with QA automation and scripting using Java, Python, or Node.js.
• 7+ years as a QA lead for large-scale AI or digital transformation programs in Agile.
• 7+ years testing cloud-deployed applications integrated with cloud technologies.
• 7+ years using open-source automation servers like Jenkins, Octopus, or GitHub Actions.
• 7+ years using API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies (LLMs, STT/TTS, NLU/NLP).
