Description

You own the quality assurance strategy and execution for large-scale enterprise projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the QA strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Establish QA processes, standards, and governance for manual and automated testing.
• Evaluate and select automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Build and scale the QA team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for all releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role in enterprise projects.
• Expertise in QA methodologies and test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Cypress.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
