Lead quality assurance strategy and execution for large-scale enterprise projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the QA strategy, establishing processes, standards, and governance for manual and automated testing.
• Evaluate and select automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for all releases.
• Build and scale the QA team, managing hiring and mentoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Expertise in Selenium and Cypress for test automation.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines integration.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud platforms.
• Expertise in QA methodologies and test automation frameworks.

• Any Graduate degree.
