Description

You will lead quality assurance for large-scale enterprise projects, owning the strategy, processes, and team execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the QA strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Establish QA processes, standards, and governance for manual and automated testing.
• Evaluate and select automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Drive implementation of automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for all releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience as QA Lead or similar in large-scale enterprise projects.
• Expertise in QA methodologies and test automation frameworks, specifically Selenium and Cypress.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into the lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Ability to build and scale a QA team, including mentoring and performance management.
• Experience collaborating with development, DevOps, and product teams.
