Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore QA teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards across booking, e-commerce, and cruise platforms.
- Drive test planning, execution, and reporting aligned with sprint cycles.
- Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices.
- Contribute to process improvement and QA strategy development.
Required Skills
- 10–15 years of QA experience, including team leadership.
- Strong background in manual testing and QA process management.
- Experience managing offshore teams in distributed environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Proficiency in Process Management.
- Experience in travel or e-commerce industries.
- Ability to handle direct feedback professionally.
- Familiarity with Performance Testing.
- Bachelor's degree.
