You will lead QA oversight for multiple agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore QA teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards across booking, e-commerce, and cruise platforms.
  • Drive test planning, execution, and reporting aligned with sprint cycles.
  • Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement and QA strategy development.

Required Skills

  • 10–15 years of QA experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong background in manual testing and QA process management.
  • Experience managing offshore teams in distributed environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Proficiency in Process Management.
  • Experience in travel or e-commerce industries.
  • Ability to handle direct feedback professionally.
  • Familiarity with Performance Testing.
  • Bachelor's degree.
