Description

You will lead testing efforts and manage automation strategy for a product-focused environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small testing team and coordinate efforts across multiple functional teams.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Execute manual and automated testing processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate data accuracy through hands-on SQL testing.
• Manage testing workflows within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual and automated testing.
• 5+ years of experience using Selenium with Python or other automation tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or a relevant programming language.
• Hands-on experience with SQL testing, specifically using PostgreSQL.
• Strong leadership skills for managing small teams and cross-team coordination.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work from the office in Hyderabad and accommodate India and US time zone shifts for meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
