Description

You lead quality assurance automation efforts for the team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber.
• Define automation strategy and oversee framework enhancements, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar DevOps tools.
• Mentor QA engineers on best practices, code reviews, locator strategies, and script optimization.
• Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and maintain automation scripts based on application changes.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in QA automation, with significant leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and automation framework design.
• Proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to drive automation strategy and mentor QA teams.
