Description

You will lead testing initiatives for functional, regression, and integration activities, ensuring high-quality application delivery through rigorous test planning and defect management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional test plans, detailed test cases, and UAT scenarios based on product requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and release readiness reviews.
• Document, log, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with development and business teams.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve identified issues.
• Prepare test documentation and present testing results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with expertise in Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA for test tracking and defect management.
• Proven ability to design test cases, identify edge cases, and manage the full defect lifecycle.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and stakeholder demos.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurance domain, specifically Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
