Description

You will lead quality and test process execution for project and support activities in an agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on requirements and analysis artifacts during initial project phases.
• Author comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Lead and support testers located locally or remotely in the US and India.
• Coordinate testing standards and processes, including providing oversight and assisting with code reviews.
• Execute both manual and automated testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proven team lead experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium automation concepts and tools.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with web service testing concepts.
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with financial systems testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed teams across US and India time zones.
