Description

You will own end-to-end testing activities, defining test strategies, plans, and QA processes while leading and mentoring the QA team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and QA processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage QA team members to ensure quality standards.
• Own test execution, defect tracking, and reporting workflows.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries and collaborate with Snowflake environments.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead managing end-to-end testing.
• Strong SQL query writing skills for data validation and backend testing.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proven ability to define test strategies and QA processes.
• Experience with Dell Boomi integration development.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in test automation.
• Knowledge of integration platforms like IBM IIB, Mule, or Tibco.
