Description

Lead a team of 5-8 QA Engineers managing manual and automated testing cycles in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA engineers through manual and automated testing workflows.
• Develop and maintain functional automation scripts using modular frameworks.
• Execute smoke, white/black box, integration, end-to-end, regression, and system testing.
• Perform back-end database validation using SQL and manage test data.
• Evaluate requirements for quality, document defects, and coordinate script reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years writing Selenium tests in Java or JavaScript (WebDriver, WebDriverIO, Marathon, or Appium).
• 5+ years with test runners: JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, or Jasmine.
• 3+ years with CI tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab.
• 3+ years with Selenium Grid.
• 3+ years with SQL for database validation.
• 1+ years with SOA and integration testing, including log analysis.
• Mandatory experience in the financial sector.
• Proven experience working with remote teams.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kibana or Splunk.
• Experience utilizing the SAFe Agile approach.
• Recent experience using Selenium in current or most recent projects.
