Lead QA strategy, execution, and reporting across multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and implement test plans for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Manage and mentor QA team members while driving automation adoption.
• Maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Integrate QA workflows into CI/CD pipelines for early defect detection.
• Oversee functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in a lead or manager role.
• Strong automation experience using Selenium.
• Proficiency with Postman and API testing.
• Solid SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for defect tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience building and scaling QA teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
