Description

Lead QA efforts for SaaS ERP/CRM applications, owning the full testing lifecycle from SIT to UAT.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, functional, and integration testing cycles.
• Define and execute automation strategies using Cypress and Selenium.
• Manage defect lifecycles and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders.
• Validate complex process flows including Quote to Cash (Q2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Mentor QA team members and align testing efforts across onshore and offshore groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA technical experience (12+ preferred).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Cypress and Selenium.
• Proven experience testing SaaS ERP/CRM platforms such as Infor Syteline, Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, or Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of Q2C, P2P, Financials, and integration process flows.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
• Experience leading testing initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• API testing and automation capabilities.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies and version control systems.
• Experience coordinating with offshore/onshore teams.
