Lead quality assurance operations, manage testing processes, and direct the QA team to ensure rigorous testing coverage across projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce QA strategy, workflows, and quality standards.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle and oversee daily QA operations.
• Direct the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and defect resolution.
• Define and track quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cross-functional testing efforts and coordinate with development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
• Expertise in QA methodologies and testing lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Ability to define and enforce quality metrics.
• Experience managing cross-functional testing efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration for QA.
