Description

Lead the quality assurance function and oversee end-to-end testing processes for retail supply chain operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish end-to-end testing strategies, including test planning and reporting.
• Manage resource planning, allocation, and defect tracking workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across teams.
• Provide hands-on support to the testing team as required.
• Manage documentation in SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual testing; familiarity with automation is required.
• Domain expertise in retail supply chain operations.
• Experience with Zephyr for test case management.
• Proficiency using Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Advanced SQL or database querying skills.
