Description

Lead the QA team to oversee quality assurance processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA testers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and quality standards aligned with project goals.
• Design detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts by analyzing business and functional requirements.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, including identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
• Evaluate and enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and TestNG.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management and tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage functional, regression, and performance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based testing environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
