Lead end-to-end QA strategy for large-scale financial transformation projects, focusing on Oracle SaaS migrations and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end QA strategy for financial transformation initiatives.
• Oversee data migration testing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness during Oracle SaaS transitions.
• Manage testing workflows and deliverables for complex Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
• Provide techno-functional leadership to align testing efforts with business requirements.
• Own the release quality for critical financial modules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in Data Migration Testing.
• Direct experience with Oracle SaaS migration testing.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Ability to lead testing efforts in a techno-functional capacity.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycles.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong underlying technical background in testing automation or infrastructure.
