Description

Lead quality assurance for web, mobile, and API platforms in an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to define test strategies, plans, and scopes from discovery.
• Manage offshore and nearshore teams by splitting tasks, reviewing work, and tracking execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and manage integration testing.
• Execute test plans for sprint releases and facilitate end-to-end QA and UAT sessions.
• Communicate execution progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in requirements analysis and test strategy development.
• 6+ years of experience in design, development, and testing sessions.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing project scope and preparing test execution plans.
• Experience writing high-quality code for Web, Mobile, and API platforms.
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing BDD feature files for iOS and Android.
• Experience with Selenium for web automation.
• Experience with Appium and Playwright for mobile app automation.
• Direct experience managing technical tasks and quality deliverables within scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional automation frameworks and tools.
