Description

Lead the testing strategy and manage the testing lifecycle for existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategies, build the testing team, and document all processes and procedures.
• Gather requirements, create use cases, and develop test scenarios, scripts, and plans.
• Coordinate reviews of test plans and user acceptance test results with business and technical groups.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects while assisting developers with resolution.
• Monitor user acceptance testing and assist project managers with task assignments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven ability in bug analysis and tying defects back to requirements.
• Experience investigating, selecting, and configuring testing automation tools.
• Ability to collaborate with and direct full-time employees.
• Experience performing manual testing and executing test plan reviews.
• Strong communication skills for working alongside PMs and BAs.
