Description

Lead the quality assurance function for multiple projects, owning test strategy, team coaching, and rigorous reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own QA leadership, including coaching and training team members.
• Drive test strategy, developing test plans, test cases, and dashboards.
• Manage and report on KPIs and project status through rigorous reporting.
• Participate actively in daily standups and manage challenging client conversations.
• Contribute to process improvement by proposing and implementing positive changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in QA leadership.
• Expertise in SDLC processes, specifically in Onshore/Offshore models.
• Proficiency in Test Case Design and comprehensive Test Plan creation.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing using tools like Postman.
• Experience implementing CI/CD Pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Sprint Boards.
• Familiarity with SpecFlow (C#) for automation.
• Competency in SQL for data validation.
• Ability to perform manual testing and E2E workflow validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Newman or similar API testing runners.
• Familiarity with healthcare applications standards (HL7, Datahubs).
