You will lead QA efforts, focusing on automation, test strategy, and client communication for software releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for software releases.
• Define and document the overall test strategy for projects.
• Manage and drive client communications regarding testing status and issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in QA.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automation.
• Experience with Test Planning methodologies.
• Experience defining Test Strategy.
• Domain knowledge in HRP is required.
• Domain knowledge in Healthcare is required.
