Description

Lead QA operations for multiple projects, managing onshore and offshore delivery models while driving quality through the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full SDLC, ensuring quality through daily standups and sprint boards.
• Design manual test cases, end-to-end workflows, and comprehensive test plans.
• Execute API testing and maintain automation suites using SpecFlow (C#).
• Handle client de-escalations and communicate project status via KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Coach team members and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles.
• Expertise in manual test case design and end-to-end workflows.
• Proficiency with SpecFlow (C#) for automation.
• Strong API testing skills using Newman or Postman.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
• Ability to manage onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Proven capability in KPI and status reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with healthcare applications, including HL7 messages and Datahubs.
• Knowledge of SQL, performance testing, and scripting.
