Lead and mentor a team of 15+ QA Engineers to ensure software quality through rigorous testing and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 15+ QA Engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Perform UI and API automation testing using Selenium and Karate.
• Develop automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in QA engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with Selenium and Karate for automation.
• Validate backend data using SQL.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and business teams.
• Prior experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IGNITE testing framework/methodology.
