Description

Lead quality assurance efforts by designing functional and load test strategies and owning the test lifecycle from planning through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop functional test plans, strategies, and procedures for Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Execute load testing scenarios and scripts to ensure system performance.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and QTP.
• Prepare detailed test cases and manage test execution.
• Configure and utilize HP Quality Center for test management and tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership or senior testing roles.
• Proficiency in Selenium and QTP for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to design complex load testing scenarios.
• Experience creating comprehensive test strategies, cases, and plans.
