Description

Own the quality assurance strategy and execution for Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, ensuring robust test coverage and timely defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud using AccelQ and Selenium.
• Manage functional, regression, and automation testing lifecycles, including defect logging, tracking, and validation.
• Collaborate with developers to review requirements and ensure consistent project execution within Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing integration and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and SDLC best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with a focus on Salesforce environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and features.
• Proven experience in Salesforce test automation using AccelQ, including test creation, execution, and defect management.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with testing and tracking tools including Selenium and JIRA.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
• Database proficiency with SQL or Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional Salesforce platforms like Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Exposure to performance and security testing concepts.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
