You will own the quality assurance strategy and lead a team of engineers to deliver reliable software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the overall QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards for functional and non-functional testing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, guiding their career development and performance.
• Oversee test execution, defect lifecycle management, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage.
• Champion the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with DevOps, product, and development teams to ensure testability and quality alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• 6+ years in a leadership or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium for test automation.
• Experience with test planning, SDLC, and Agile testing methodologies.
• Proven ability in defect management and risk-based testing approaches.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
