Description

You will lead the QA function for Salesforce applications, managing manual and automation testing while mentoring the team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA testers, overseeing manual and automated test execution and providing guidance on best practices.
• Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements to ensure functional coverage.
• Track defects and issues using Azure DevOps and JIRA, analyzing results to validate product quality.
• Collaborate with development teams and business analysts to determine fixes and ensure timely feature delivery.
• Document product functionality for internal and external users to support clear communication.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong mix of manual and automation testing.
• 1+ year of experience leading a QA team, including mentoring and task delegation.
• 1+ year of hands-on testing experience specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Solid experience writing SQL queries for data validation and testing.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies within the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
