Description

Lead quality assurance efforts within agile development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Perform manual testing and define acceptance criteria.
• Manage the creation of quality test data sets.
• Conduct persona-based testing to ensure user requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques.
• Experience with automated testing, preferably using Cypress.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Ability to write detailed test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work as a self-starter in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing code reviews of automation stories.
• Background in Project Management (PM) or Business Analysis (BA).
