Description

You will own the architectural design and implementation of AI-driven solutions across testing and engineering workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions for testing, including test case generation, data masking, and defect prediction.
• Establish best practices and reference architectures for AI integration within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and vendors based on technical and business requirements.
• Embed AI across the SDLC by collaborating with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Security teams.
• Mentor teams and lead enablement sessions on AI usage within QA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, agents, embeddings, RAG).
• Proven experience designing scalable AI architectures.
• Deep understanding of software testing, QA, and test automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI into CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
