You will lead quality assurance processes and mentor engineering teams to ensure high-standard software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans by collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Participate in functional and technical discussions to review design specifications and identify performance concerns.
• Manage test environments and infrastructure to ensure they remain up to date and appropriate for testing needs.
• Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts to ensure consistency with quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements in testing methodologies and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks.
• Ability to lead technical discussions regarding functional design specifications.
• Experience in test plan development and scope definition.
• Background in managing test environments and infrastructure.
• Experience working with QA engineers.
