You will lead QA operations and manage testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automation test teams of 5 or more people.
• Create and review comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Design workflows and perform integration planning.
• Analyze and interpret Data Flow Diagrams.
• Provide regular status reporting and communicate technical progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Proven experience leading multiple testing teams.
• Expertise in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Proficiency with SQL, Selenium, and Java.
• Ability to read and understand Data Flow Diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Availability to work MSD hours, including a split between onshore and offshore schedules.
