Description

You will lead QA automation teams and own the software quality lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA automation teams in daily testing activities.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools.
• Execute API testing to validate backend services.
• Integrate automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage the full test lifecycle and defect tracking processes.

Required Skills

• 6 to 9 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Cypress, or JUnit.
• Experience with API testing tools including Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience using version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Ability to integrate tests with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Proficiency with test management tools.
