Description

You will lead testing efforts for complex programs, managing both onshore and offshore teams to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans, test cases, and automation scripts based on requirement analysis.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams through task delegation, training, and daily status reporting.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design ambiguities.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple test efforts simultaneously and synthesize results for project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Deep understanding of the Quality Assurance LifeCycle (QALC) and QA processes.
• Extensive experience with CSG billing systems.
• Domain expertise in Cable and Telecom industries.
• Proficiency with ALM and Octane.
• Experience using HP Test Suite or similar testing tools.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum delivery models.
• Proficiency with JIRA for task and defect tracking.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating with PMO and BA teams.
