Description

Lead the testing strategy and manage the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle for the project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategies, document processes, and build the testing team.
• Gather requirements and create use cases to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop, execute, and review test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects while assisting developers with resolution.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist project managers with task assignments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience investigating, selecting, and configuring testing automation tools.
• Proven ability to tie bugs back to specific requirements and perform deep bug analysis.
• Experience collaborating with PMs and BAs to review requirements.
• Capability to direct and collaborate with existing FTEs.
• Strong communication skills.
