You will lead a QA team to achieve technical excellence within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a QA team to meet quality standards and project goals.
• Drive QA processes within Agile and Scrum workflows.
• Ensure testing alignment with requirements in regulated Insurance and Banking sectors.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proven experience leading QA teams in Agile/Scrum settings.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as Banking or Insurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications.
• Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies.
