Lead the quality strategy for mobile products and manage end-to-end integration accuracy for all releases.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans and establish formal QA processes.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers while managing external contract testers.
• Oversee quality metrics and develop new tools to meet defined quality goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all QA aspects of the release cycle.
• Collaborate with software developers to recommend program improvements and enhance user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Proven expertise in API testing and the RESTful protocol.
• Proficiency with Postman, Splunk, and Swagger for API validation.
• High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing external contract testers.
