Description

Lead quality assurance for web applications by designing automation scripts and test plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Review requirements and technical designs to create comprehensive test plans.
• Maintain defect statistics through sprint cycles and track bugs from discovery to resolution.
• Conduct functional, regression, UI, and load testing.
• Update CI/CD pipelines with testing code and provide input on TDD/BDD practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing automated test cases using Selenium.
• Proficiency in Node.js testing frameworks including Mocha, Joi, and Chai.
• Ability to write testing code in Node.js or Java.
• Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Postman for making web requests.
• Proven ability to document test results, including expected and observed outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security testing and penetration testing.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
