Description

Lead quality engineering for complex multi-application system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing strategies across cloud, distributed, and mainframe environments.
• Lead onsite and offshore QA teams, representing the function in scrum meetings and stakeholder sessions.
• Manage defect lifecycles and report testing progress to senior management.
• Design testing approaches for business workflows, APIs, and databases under critical timelines.
• Validate system integrations using SQL and scheduling tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years in QE, QA, or technical automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks: Robot Framework, SoapUI, Postman, Selenium, JMeter, UFT/Lean UFT, RestAssured, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Perl, or Bash.
• Strong SQL skills (joins, conditions, aggregates) for SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools: Jenkins, GIT, Docker, and UCD.
• Proficiency in ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Practical experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with schedulers like Autosys or Stonebranch.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, QE processes, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing services, APIs, and complex business workflows.
