Description

Lead quality assurance efforts and manage testing lifecycles across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 1 to 5 people.
• Facilitate test meetings and present progress updates to management.
• Manage and track defects and test cases throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create standard QA documentation, including test strategies and test exit reports.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of QA Lead experience.
• 5 years of hands-on manual testing experience.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect tracking.
• Experience using Zephyr for test case management.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and HCM.
• SAP Funds GL experience, including SAP Funds GL Decommissioning.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within project management workflows involving SharePoint.
