Description

Lead quality assurance for Salesforce project delivery in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, scenarios, and queries for frontend, database, and integration layers.
• Execute test plans and scripts covering APIs (REST/SOAP) and ETL processes.
• Produce sprint and release dashboards using reporting frameworks like Allure or Extent.
• Document software defects and monitor bug resolution efforts through to completion.
• Plan test schedules and strategies aligned with project scope and delivery dates.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience testing APIs (SOAP and REST) and ETL processes.
• 3+ years of experience with Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Maven, Eclipse/IntelliJ, and Java.
• 3+ years of experience within Canadian banking or other Financial Institutions.
• 2+ years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git suite.
• Experience managing test cases and plans using JIRA plugins such as X-ray or Zephyr.
• Experience with reporting frameworks like Allure or Extent reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database and backend testing, including writing and verifying complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Experience managing end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) projects.
