Description

You own quality assurance leadership and technical execution for testing initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QE team members, managing offshore resources as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts for applications and APIs.
• Coordinate testing across stakeholders and act as the primary QA contact for releases.
• Improve QA processes, documenting test plans, results, and defect analysis.
• Review testing artifacts to ensure sign-off and prioritize testing work.

Required Skills

• 7-9+ years of relevant QA experience, including 2+ years in a QA Lead capacity.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or RestAssured.
• Experience developing test plans and defining test strategies.
• Solid understanding of Performance Testing and Risk Management.
• Experience with all aspects of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Git, including branching schemes, reverts, and rebasing.
• Experience with defect identification, analysis, and tracking.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience in RPA.
• Previous experience setting up and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
