Responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for EIS implementations.
• Drive governance standards and ensure high-quality delivery with minimal defects.
• Manage and align global QA teams with key stakeholders.
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven quality engineering practices.
• Ensure predictable delivery timelines through rigorous process management.

Required Skills

• 18-20 years of experience in quality engineering and testing.
• Proven track record leading 3+ EIS implementations.
• Expertise in test management and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing global, distributed teams.
• Subject matter expertise in Group Benefits domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience adopting and implementing AI in QE workflows.
