Responsibilities

• Lead the QA function and strategy, defining best practices for quality.
• Oversee testing lifecycles to ensure timely delivery of stable releases.
• Enforce quality standards across all product lines and development stages.
• Manage the QA team and coordinate testing efforts with engineering stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience in a lead capacity, managing processes and people.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration.
