Description

You will lead quality assurance for Master Data Applications, translating business requirements into effective test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define test cases and strategies to minimize production defects based on business and solution requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional QA teams across Merchandise Planning, FLEX PLM, retail, and supply chain to design execution plans.
• Perform hands-on testing using PostgreSQL, Python, and Test Rail.
• Collaborate with the Test Automation team to develop automation scripts for the Inventory area.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using analytical reasoning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in design and QA of Master Data Applications.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management concepts and customizations.
• Experience working with high-performing transaction systems.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic understanding of web services and cloud-based infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• Experience with Selenium-based test automation frameworks and BDD.
