Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts for SaaS ERP/CRM applications, owning testing cycles from planning through execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, functional, and integration testing cycles.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress and Selenium.
• Manage defect tracking and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Mentor QA teams and coordinate with offshore and onshore groups.
• Validate Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Financial process flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA technical experience (12+ preferred).
• 5+ years with automation frameworks like Cypress and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS ERP/CRM apps (Infor Syteline, Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of Q2C, P2P, Financials, and integration flows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Agile testing methodologies and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• API testing and automation.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and version control systems.
• Proven track record of mentoring QA teams.
