Description

Lead quality assurance efforts and drive testing maturity across global development cycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test suites and create frameworks to onboard new applications into testing practices.
• Set up and manage on-demand test environments while providing sizing input for UAT and Production to Dev and SRE teams.
• Gate release quality and act as the final stakeholder for product sign-off.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and partner with Dev, PM, and SRE teams across the USA and India.
• Document and maintain test artifacts, including test cases and automation repositories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead.
• Proficiency with Playwright.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with C#.
• Expertise in managing UAT environments and processes.
• Ability to work within a global delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with code-level debugging to assist Dev teams during development and UAT cycles.
