Description

Lead QA strategy and team execution for e-commerce platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA team of three or more individuals.
• Define and execute combined manual and automation testing strategies.
• Assess project impact early and identify workflow requirements for efficient test planning.
• Collaborate with domain teams to ensure accurate test estimations and quality standards.
• Integrate foundational AI concepts into QA processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams.
• Proven expertise in the E-commerce domain and E2E processes.
• Proficiency with test automation tools, specifically UiPath or similar RPA platforms.
• Strong command of Jira for test management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
